Customer Service Excellence: Upholding Quality Public Service with ARTA Compliance

In the continued effort to enhance the quality of public service, Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) held a comprehensive training program on March 18 2025, the event titled “Customer Service Excellence: Upholding Quality Public Service with ARTA Compliance”, took place at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences – Audio Visual Room (AVR), organized the University Human Resource Management & Development Office
The training was designed to empower university staff with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver efficient, transparent and customer centric services in line with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) standards. By adhering to ARTA’s guidelines, SLSU aims to create a more responsive and accessible public service environment, elevating the experience for students, faculty and the community.
