SLSU UHRMDO spearheads Orientation on Enhanced Professionalism
On May, 22, 024, the University Human Resource Development Management Office conducted a training initiative aimed at revolutionizing customer experiences and enhancing personal growth with a steadfast commitment to excellence and a dedication to fostering meaningful connections, entitled Orientation on Enhanced Professionalism: Practice Elevating Customer Service Through Personality Development Training, at the SLSU Student Center Building, Plenary Hall.
Through interactive workshops, immersive simulations, and expert-led sessions by Dr. Jasmin S. Dayunan and Mr. Christian Errol B. Bandalan, participants will gain invaluable insights into effective communication techniques, improved self-confidence and self- esteem, conflict resolution strategies, and more.
