The University Planning and Development Office facilitates the crafting and development of the University’s strategic plan and disseminates the same to the functional areas.  The University strategic plan serves as the guide post for each functional area as to its priority programs, projects and activities (PPAs) for a particular fiscal year.  Likewise, the office takes charge in the evaluation of the performance of the university as against the targets for a certain fiscal year.  The performance evaluation leads to another set of target setting for the ensuing year which is also spearheaded by the planning office. Moreover, the office is in-charge in the finalization of the land-use development and infrastructure plan for the university in coordination with all the end-users.
