SLSU MCC Advances Financial Literacy Training in Brgy. Lower Villa Jacinta, Macrohon
On October 24, 2024, the fourth day of Project AMUMA commenced as SLSU MCC successfully provided financial knowledge to the residents of Brgy. Lower Villa Jacinta, Macrohon.
The training featured resource speaker Junelen Inting, who shared valuable insights, while facilitators Mariella Romariz, Emalyn Udarbe, and Shane Markines engaged participants through interactive discussions.
The presence of Local Government Unit (LGU) representatives, Harvey Galano and John Albert Kuizon, underscored the importance of collaboration between local government and educational institutions in promoting financial awareness and skills that lead to better decision-making.
Project AMUMA makes significant strides in enhancing the livelihoods of community members through education and support initiatives. The financial literacy training aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) # 4 Quality Education and # 17 Partnerships for the Goals.
