Through Shrine Aparejo, the Southern Leyte State U YouthMappers shared a year-long journey. At the same time, Mr. Can Unen of Open Mapping Hub - Asia Pacific illuminated the crucial role of Open mapping and geospatial technologies.
The highlight of the event was the engaging presentation by students from the College of Computer Studies and Information Technology, the College of Engineering, and the Department of Teacher Education. Additionally, the activity was also attended by the inspired group of students from the SLSU Tomas Oppus campus under the supervision of Mr. Jose A. Agoylo Jr., who presented their research studies.
The congress was then concluded by Mr. Gilbert Siega, Program Chair of CCSIT, with closing remarks, summarizing the key takeaways and expressing appreciation for the collective efforts that made the event a success.
