Agency Performance Review Report (APRR) June 2024

Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) presents its Agency Performance Review Report (APRR) as of June 30, 2024. This report is aligned with Dr. Jude A. Duarte’s open governance policy and complies with DBM Circular Letter No. 2018-13.

As a state university funded by taxpayers, SLSU is committed to transparency and accountability. The APRR assesses our performance in finance, income generation, and core mandates (instruction, research, extension, innovation, and production). By comparing actual results against targets set in the General Appropriations Act, this report identifies areas for improvement, ensures we stay on track, and enables us to deliver quality public service.
