Brgy. Triana wraps up its Financial Literacy Training
On November 8, 2024, Brgy. Triana in Limasawa, Southern Leyte, concluded its Financial Literacy Training on the second day of the program. Resource speaker Ma. Gia R. Caro led the session, offering valuable advice on financial management, including budgeting, saving, and planning for future expenses. Facilitators Catherine Garcia and Jay Mahusay assisted in creating a lively and engaging learning environment for attendees.
Community members were encouraged to participate actively in the training by sharing personal stories and learning from one another. Ma. Gia R. Caro made financial concepts accessible and relevant to participants’ everyday lives, simplifying them in her presentation. With the support of facilitators Catherine Garcia and Jay Mahusay, each participant was able to explore the material in depth and consider new financial strategies.
