The Gender and Development office will ensure the integration and mainstreaming of gender in the trilogical function of the University; 1) gender-responsive curricular programs, (2) gender-responsive research programs, and (3) gender-responsive extension programs, policies and programs from the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation where both women and men can benefit equally.
