Graduate School Student Officers Engage in Team Building and Action Planning
The graduate school's student governing bodies engaged in a team-building and action planning exercise designed to increase their camaraderie and drive to carry out the suggested actions of the organization.
The activity was initiated by the Dean of the graduate school, Dr. Annabelle M. Hufalar, and was conducted on October 22, 2018. The event was attended by student officers from various organizations within the graduate school.
The team building exercises were designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills among the student officers. The activities included group discussions, role-playing, and team challenges that required collaboration and coordination among the participants. The action planning session focused on formulating and presenting the organization's action plan. The student officers worked together to identify their goals and objectives for the upcoming year, and then developed a strategic plan of action to achieve those goals.
Dr. Hufalar, who spearheaded the activity, emphasized the importance of teamwork and effective communication in achieving success. She also stressed the need for motivation and passion in pursuing their goals and encouraged the student officers to work towards making a positive impact in their respective fields.
